Testimonials

"I totally recommend that anyone who wants to really understand BPD buy A.J. Mahari's ebooks and audio programs. Along with all her stuff on the web they are even more insightful and informative. After purchasing A.J.'s products I did some life coaching with her too. A.J. doesn't just write about BPD, she has lived it. She has lived both sides of it. She is an amazing life coach too. With A.J.'s support I am making my way through the pain and grief of having loved someone with BPD and coming to terms with the reasons for the relationship and my need to let go."

-- Rick Meyers, Scotland

"If you want to know more about Borderline Personality Disorder, as a borderline, or non borderline, I totally recommend that you buy A.J. Mahari's 3 Core Wound of Abandonment Ebooks. I have searched all over the web, read everything I could, including lots of other books and nothing was even close to as helpful to me as A.J.'s insightful explanation of abandonment in BPD. Finally, I understand.Thank you A.J. for the incredible gift of the insight you share that you learned through your own life experience."

-- Katy Gilchrist, Alberta, Canada

"I bought A.J. Mahari's ebook, on Loneliness. Wow! So much insightful and informative stuff. I had not ever really thought about there being anything positive about loneliness. You taught me so much. I have been able to make some wonderful changes in my life because your ebook helped me to learn that the place to start was with my attitude toward and thoughts about loneliness. Thanks so much A.J. and may God continue to bless all the work that you do."

Coping with a Loved One, Family Member, Partner or Ex-partner who has Borderline Personality Disorder

Coping with a Loved One, Family Member, Partner or Ex-partner who has Borderline Personality Disorder can be, to say the very least, painful, confusing, challenging, or even emotionally exhausting. It can seem that the more you try to make things work, the more you try to help your loved one with BPD the worse things get between you.

It does take skill to effectively cope with a loved with BPD without falling into the common traps that keep loved ones stuck and that increase their pain.

In this 6 session package A.J. Mahari works with clients to help them plan effective coping strategy whether they are still in a relationship or are coping with one that is coming to and end or has ended. There are many traps and hooks that threaten to not only cause the loved one more pain but also to hold the loved one in a dysfunctional relational dynamic with the person in his or her life with BPD.

The challenge for loved ones is to learn how to effectively cope. How to set goals and achieve those goals. How to let go of ways of relating to the borderline loved one that just do not work and finding ways to communicate, cope, and be able to live their own lives free of much of the pain that loved ones experience.

This 6 session package, Coping with a loved one with BPD, is designed to help anyone in any contact or type of relationship with someone with BPD. A.J. can help you to empower yourself beyond the hooks and the traps of what is often the loved one losing him or herself and/or his or her life to an excessive and reactive focus on the borderline in his or her life.

You can Break Free From the BPD Maze and find your own recovery. A.J. helps her non borderline clients to win this type of freedom whether they remain in anyway connected to the person with BPD or not.

Please Note: Any purchased life coaching sessions are (or program is) non-refundable.

Quotes From A.J. Mahari

"What is in the way - is the way. If you have Borderline Personality Disorder it is the fundamental absence of a known self that sits at the very core of your pain, anger, and your rage. It is your rage that stands between your borderline pain and suffering and your recovery. Your lack of a known and defined self is what is in your way."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "Rage And BPD"

"At the heart of much of what results in relating to someone with BPD is conflict. Are you experiencing an high and/or destructive level of conflict? What is driving that conflict? Is that conflict blocking intimacy and closeness? How do you react to this conflict? Is your own behaviour deteriorating in response to the conflict generated by the borderline in your life? What is it about all of this conflict that you are investing in and why?"

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "The Other Side of BPD"

"We have two worlds and one bridge. That bridge where we can journey toward connection is understanding. Let us all walk this bridge that spans our differences toward its centre with tolerance and an attitude of gratitude for these sacred differences that challenge us to shelter and nurture our humanity with care."

-- A.J. Mahari in her Ebook, "Asperger's Syndrome and Adulthood"
